Proud of my students! They did such a great job and wonderful people to meet. The menu was a root vegetable soup, Wintersalad with seasonal apples, Königsberger Klopse and a nutty chocolate cake with vanilla whipped cream, which I forgot to take a photo. As always: seasonal, regional and organic!

I have a patch of land and am experimenting a bit with sowing vegetables and leaving them alone to nature. This is the result. Wonderful, tasty misfits. Carrots. So happy.
