Black Walnuts, 2Nd phase

its time. After 10 days of soaking the green walnuts in water and changing it everyday to remove the brewing tannin, I'm cooking the black walnut stew. The smell is really wild and unique. Now they will be jarred and then I have to wait six weeks before enjoying with cheese. Yum! Patience is rewarded.
