Maultaschen - the german ravioli

cooked in a vegetable broth and filled with fresh chanterelles, chard, garlic and beef. An absolute delight. here with some homemade Berliner Weisse - non alcoholic beer that's sweetened with raspberry or wood-ruff syrup.
