Conserving the summer abundance for winter

It is most tempting now to buy plenty of fresh produce, as it is offered in abundance for not much money at all. This table full of yummy delights did cost not more than 20€ (and not even all is shown here). Comparing that and all one can do with it to 20 € worth of bad industry prepared food, it's a great deal.  I made a summer soup, salad, blueberry pancakes, a tart with apricots and peaches, baked small aubergines (the purple long beauties) with a porcini omelette and infused oils and schnaps.
