7/2/2016 0 Comments JulySaturday Market in July! Now there are so many vegetables offered and all the berries are hard to resist ! Today we are cooking pikeperch or zander in whitewine-caper sauce with fennelgreens and sautéed baby zucchinis. As an appetizer fresh purslane (or portulaca) with tiny tomatoes and fresh favabeans and as a dessert follows a blueberry pancake. Pictures follow.
